The lecture, entitled 'Ethics in a Changing World', looked at whether there is room for ethical standards in a modern, money-driven world. Baroness Kennedy is a well-known lawyer who has worked on some of the most high-profile cases in Britain, including the Brighton bombing trial and the Guildford Four appeal. She is currently on the defense team for Wikileaks founder Julian Assange. She is also an influential human rights and civil liberties campaigner.
