In June 2014, as part of their media course, ten Year 13 students from Denbigh School in Milton Keynes were at the Open University campus to explore how science and scientists are represented in popular culture.
Working with researchers based in the Centre for Research in Education and Educational Technology, the students produced two short videos about the portrayal of science and scientists.
This video is their account of the relevance of science fiction novels on modern day society.
