Teachers say no to strict exam rules and ranking of schools

Primary school heads have registered their objections to the proposal to have them take charge of examination centres as the ministry of education seeks to crack down on examination cheating. During the on-going primary schools head teachers’ conference in Mombasa, Kenya national union of teachers secretary general Wilson Sossion noted that the proposal was not anchored in law and urged the government to follow the right procedure to implement it.
